Account and deletion
You can manage profile details, language and other account settings directly in the app under Profile → Settings.
You can permanently remove your account there via Delete account. If you no longer have access to your account, write to our support from the email address you registered with. For security we may ask you to verify your identity.

Safety and reporting
You can report posts, comments and profiles directly from their respective menus. Other users can be blocked; blocked accounts are listed in settings.
If you are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services. Link Up is not an emergency service.
Technical help
First check that you have the current app version installed and a stable internet connection, then restart the app. If the problem persists, send us your device model, operating system version, app version and, where possible, a screenshot without sensitive data.
